restaurant or Head Office, or wherever, handing out a
leaflet to a member of the public.

  Q. You considered that myself and Mr. Gravett were the
organisers, or at least some of the organisers, did you
       not?
       A. Eventually.

  Q. Eventually. So, when did you decide that you considered we
       were the organisers?
       A. After we had got the reports from the agencies.

  Q. So, by October 1990 you considered that myself and Mr.
       Gravett were organisers?
       A. And others.

  Q. And others, were the organisers of the campaign?
       A. Yes.

  Q. So you would have been interested to discover what we were
distributing on that day as part of your case?
       A. That was coming from the Security Department, they were
       covering that one incident.

  Q. But you could not care less -- despite the fact you were
out there having a look round this picket -- you personally
could not care less what we were handing out?
       A. Yes, I would be interested to find out what you were
handing out but that would come in to me. I had people
       there on the ground.

  Q. Mr. Nicholson, do you know someone called Maxwell Taylor?
       A. I do not think so.

  Q. I think he might work for the company in America.
       A. The name does not ring a bell.

  Q. There is no one in the Security Department working under
       that name?
       A. The English Security Department?

  Q. Either the English or the American?
       A. I do not know many of the Americans.

  Q. Right.
       A. There may very well be but the name does not ring a
bell. I have heard of, and I have met, one or two of the
security people over in Oakbrook but that name does not
       ring a bell with me.

  Q. OK. Just to clear up on a couple of points yesterday. You
said that you met Alan Clare?
       A. Yes.

  Q. Where was it you met him?
       A. At Barlows.

  Q. Right. Had you gone there specifically to meet him?
       A. No, not specifically to meet Alan Clare, it was our
usual monthly meeting with the directors of the Company.
