standing up on the balcony, 21, there is a pathway, a

Q. Up to that service road?
A. Up to that service road, and what I did was walk up
there, along the service road and down it. It is about a

Q. He was up away from the camera in 15?
A. Yes.

doing, they are probably innocent passers-by?
A. I am not sure, but there is a chap in a white jacket
walking north. It would probably be a bit further up than
that.

MS. STEEL: In photo 20?

MR. RAMPTON: Yes. In the foreground, Mr. Nicholson, there is a
man with a green anorak?
A. Yes, that is right.

Q. Off his left shoulder there is somebody wearing a white or
a grey jacket?
A. Yes, round about that spot where this chap was
standing. He had a handful of leaflets in one hand and
handed me a leaflet with his other.

Q. Then, finally, this Mr. Nicholson, and I do mean finally.
Paragraph 26?
A. Yes.

Q. You then went down to the basement, picked up your car?
A. No, I went back to my office first. I had the leaflet.

you have already averred?
A. Right.

Q. To save time.
A. Yes.
