18 that is all and then I will sit down and the Defendants
19 will cross-examine you. What is the present position you
20 hold, Mr. Tindale?
21 A. I am a franchisee with McDonald's and I have franchises
22 in Hatfield and Welling Garden City in Hertfordshire.
23 I have been doing that for 12 months.

26 A. I am 47.
