4 A. Some of it was they thought we should do more; some of
5 it was they did not like that we were doing. I mean, they
6 ran the gamut of what they did not like.

9 union elections, around the McHappy Day, for example?
10 A. I do not understand your question.

13 A. As soon as they came into the open, came out into the
14 open, that began the series of criticisms that we have
15 talked about, and they continued throughout the period.

18 with the Company, are you; that is not your department?
19 A. I participate in charitable things, but I am not
20 responsible.
