  Q. How big would that shed be then?
       A. In proportion, I do not know.

  Q. You do not know? How many units are there per farm?
       A. Again it will vary. The ideal number of units on a
farm is five or six. The biggest has 13 units and the
       smallest has one.

  Q. So are most of them five or six?
       A. The majority would be, yes.

  Q. On that farm there would be a staff of two to three people
       per farm, you said?
       A. Yes, that is correct. For a typical size farm with
five units on the staff would be three people.

  Q. What, always three or is this the two to three again?
       A. It depends on the number of birds on the farm but it is
       usually three people.

  Q. How many would there be for a 13 unit farm?
       A. The number of staff again depends on the number of
birds on the farm, but for that size perhaps five people.

  Q. Those people, they are not on, they are not working 24
hours a day, how many hours would they be working?
       A. The farm managers on all of our sites live on the site,
so they are on call 24 hours a day. The normal system is
to have a manager, an assistant manager and then a poultry
man or maybe two or three poultry men, according to the
size of the farm, and they would work a normal working day
which might be 7.00 to 5.00, but because they live on site
they are on call, they would do evening checks or checks
during the night if it is required. That is part of their
       duties.

  Q. All of them live on site, do they?
       A. They all live on site.

  Q. Even the poultry men?
       A. No, the poultry men may not live on site.

  Q. They generally do not?
       A. They generally do not.

  Q. It is the poultry men that would be there from 7.00 to
       5.00?
       A. No, the manager, the assistant manager, would be there
as well, but the poultry men, yes, they would be there
       between 7.00 to 5.00.

  Q. Normally, checks are not made after 5 o'clock unless there
       is something wrong?
       A. They always would do an evening check. That would be
       routine.

  Q. Who would do that?
       A. The manager or the assistant manager.
