some products, so that is broadly true.

  Q. Where are napkins supplied from?
       A. For the UK market, they are supplied from the UK.

  Q. What about elsewhere in Europe then?
       A. There would be a number of European suppliers. I am
not familiar with the European based suppliers for
napkins. We buy all of ours here in the UK.

  Q. So you do not know the position for the rest of Europe?
       A. No, not from their direct supply source, no.

  Q. The two and four hole trays?
       A. Right.

  Q. Is it right that the only country they are used in is the
       UK?
       A. And the United States and there may be some other
       countries around the world.

  Q. But in Europe they are only used in the UK?
       A. Yes.

  Q. So why do you use them in the UK?
       A. We think it is a better way of conveying the drinks
       without spilling them.

  Q. But this would be a way to eliminate unnecessary packaging?
       A. But we feel we give the customer a better service.
Now, you have to realise if we did not think that, we could
eliminate that cost from our business. We are not out to
do that; we are out to give the customer the best method of
       conveying their drink.

  Q. So do you not care about the other customers in the other
       European countries then?
       A. We are not responsible for them in the UK. It is a UK
       management decision.

  Q. Do you know why they do not use them in other European
       countries?
       A. I do not know. I could guess but I do not know.

  Q. You do not know. But, at any rate, the business has not
collapsed as a result of not using two and four hole trays?
       A. Not that I know of; maybe it is not enhanced either.

  Q. The paper bags used elsewhere in Europe, you have said they
are not produced from recycled paper?
       A. Some can be.

  Q. Some can be?
       A. If a country demands that they want recycled paper,
then recycled material would be bought into the French
supplier, Schisler, and manufactured for that country. He
does not generate any recycled material, unlike the
Scottish supplier, Smith Anderson, who does generate
recycled material. But he will, if requested, buy in
recycled material and make bags from recycled material.
