24 leaflets, for which are you responsible now; is that right?
25 A. The Communications Department is responsible and they
26 are responsible to me, yes.

29 "A Question of Balance". Firstly, to satisfy Ms. Steel's
30 anxieties, are these documents available to the public or
31 not?
32 A. Yes, they are.

34 Q. How does a member of the public go about acquiring one or
35 both?
36 A. There is a board sited adjacent to the front counter
37 normally in almost every restaurant where all kinds of
38 information is available, including these leaflets.

40 Q. What is the reason why that information is provided? Does
41 the customer have to pay for those leaflets?
42 A. No, they do not; they are all available free.

44 Q. What is the reason why those leaflets are provided free of
45 charge to customers, if they should want to read them?
46 A. Well, we believe that a customer has a right to know
47 the ingredients of the products they are eating and also
48 the nutritional information.

50 Q. This one, "A Question of Balance", I can tell you again
51 without your having to look at it, contains some
52 nutritional analysis on the back page, do you see, in those
53 columns? I expect you are very familiar with it?

57 lifestyle and diet.
