     8        believe that there is anything harmful about our food.

    11        chemicals in the food.  It might help if you get a copy of
    12        that advertisement out.  The bundles at the top, the blue
    13        ones, you want bundle III, documents 60 to 112.  If you
    14        could find 91?

    17   Q.   91.  If you look at the heading, the first part:  "It's
    18        true."  Then: "McDonald's rely on chemicals."  What do you
    19        think "It's true" means?

    23        beginning of the advertisement was?
    24        A.  It was to capture people's attention, basically, to
    25        say: "It is true McDonald's rely on chemicals."

    28        A.  At that point, they would not know, hence, they would
    29        want to read on.  That is the reason for the headline.

    36        A.  No.  I just know that they know we are very clean.

    50        A.  What we are trying to say here is that the chemicals in 
    51        our food is a very small part of the ingredients in our 
    52        food.  But, equally, at the same time, it allows us to make 
    53        the point that we keep our restaurants extremely clean and
    54        we go to long lengths to achieve that.

    58        A.  There has been criticism, yes.
