Do you monitor accidents --- A. Yes, we do. 11 Q. -- In the stores. Do you compile statistics on an annual 12 basis for stores? A. I think so, but I do not do it myself, no. 13 Q. But no, when I say "you" I generally mean the company, do 14 you, the company? A. Records are kept of what has happened -- if anything 15 has. 16 Q. I am asking do you compile statistics? A. I do not know. 17 Q. You do not know? 18 A. No. 19 Q. When you have your management meetings, these are heads of departments, are they? 20 A. I get a financial review from our chief financial 27 officer of what is occurring in any given month, what he thinks the different results are going to be knowing what 28 we know at a moment in time. 29 Q. On a national scale? A. On whatever scale I want it; regionally, city wise, 30 nationally.
