McLibel Gathering - Mobilise against Big Mac.

A DAY FOR:
a complete expose of the oppression, exploitation and environmental damage caused by McDonald's a discussion of the effect of the McLibel case and the evidence uncovered local, regional and national networking of anti-McDonald's campaigners.

McSpotlight will have representatives there to demonstrate the site and talk about the use of the Internet as a campaigning tool.

- Day of solidarity with McDonald's workers

This day marks the fourth anniversary of the death of Mark Hopkins, a worker electrocuted at McDonald's Manchester store. The Support Network for McDonald's Workers together with the McLibel Support Campaign are again calling a countrywide (and international) Day of Solidarity With McDonald's Workers on that day, following last year's successful event.
