My community has been adversely affected by the introduction of a fast food outlet / take away which did not require planning permission under the current A3 regulation. Despite my local council’s concerns and desire to reject the application they were unable to refuse planning permission. As a result, we have had to endure a significant increase of road traffic in and out of the establishment with pedestrian safety being seriously compromised. I sincerely hope that this change is accepted and implemented, and I shall make my views on this issue known to my local MP.
