Rumor Mill(Taco Bell)

I've been hearing rumors that Taco Bell(a Pepsico Co.) uses grade "D" meat in their products in North America and to my understanding you use grade "C" in pet food ,, now my question is there truth to them using grade "D" meat {gross} .I would sure like to know??
